Our employees work hard to earn the trust of others. They are always re-evaluating and improving themselves. They embody a “state of flow” and they help achieve this “state of flow” (“State of flow” refers to the spiritual state of immersing oneself in action to make the impossible, possible). They take on jobs that match their abilities and skills.
Making an organization work
Generally, the smaller the number of people in a company, the higher the profit per person. A small company peaks at around 60 people. Therefore, the organization is kept as small as possible. If the organization needs to become larger, then the organization is divided into smaller collectives. These collectives are then set up as cooperative groups that horizontally connect organizations to one another.

We pay attention to the operation of cash flow. We do not borrow money for anything other than effective development investments. Business and production are our pillars. We do not manage assets. We operate on a symbiotic (win-win) basis. We do not think like parasites (dependence on subsidies or small business loans).
